Refund policy

All perishable food and beverage items are non-returnable, but if a food or beverage item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement.  Any non-perishable item may be returned for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs) within 30 days from receipt so long as such item is returned in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Harmless Harvest does not accept returns or refunds for any reason on merchandise items. The only exception is if the item is damaged upon receipt or is not the correct item purchased. Harmless Harvest must be made aware of the error within 10 days of receiving the item. Please send photos of damaged items to shop@harmlessharvest.com and we'd be happy to assist! Sized items (crewneck and hoodie sweatshirts) can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days of purchase.
